MPower Direct is expanding into the Harrisburg market and were looking for driven people-first Outside Sales Representatives to join our fast-growing energy team.
This is a full-time door-to-door field sales role. Youll be out in the community York Harrisburg Mechanicsburg Carlisle Lebanon and surrounding areas meeting homeowners face to face and helping them take control of their energy costs. No cold calling. No desk. Just real conversations with real people that lead to real money.
Average reps earn $1000/week. Top performers earn 2500/week translating to $130K annually.

$300-900 guaranteed every week rain snow or shine
Commission on every enrollment uncapped no ceiling

What Your Day Looks Like
Residents in Pennsylvania have the legal right to choose their energy supplier. Most dont know it. Youre the one who changes that neighborhood by neighborhood door by door.
Canvass assigned residential areas across the greater Harrisburg region
Start straightforward conversations about energy choice and savings
Explain the value clearly so homeowners feel confident and informed
Walk customers through a simple accurate enrollment process
Build your skills through daily hands-on experience and coaching
Work toward team targets and your own personal income goals

What Were Looking For

18 and authorized to work in the U.S.

A people-first attitude Coachable and Open Minded
Competitive self-motivated and hungry to earn
Sales or field experience is a plus but your drive matters more
Bilingual- English/Spanish a strong plus
