Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors project managers and key decision-makers.
- Present and promote company products and services to prospective clients.
- Conduct job site visits and provide on-site support as needed.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team success.
- Stay informed about industry trends local market conditions and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outside sales (construction industry preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to read blueprints or understand technical construction concepts is a plus.
