Core Responsibilities

• Identify qualify and secure new business opportunities through dedicated outreach lead generation and networking.
• Grow a strong base of recurring service clients and nurture relationships.
• Schedule appointments present tailored solutions and negotiate winning deals.
• Keep your CRM pipeline organized and updated for maximum efficiency.

• Compensation
• Base salary of $65000 per year plus a commission plan designed to support over $100000 annually.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; bachelors degree preferred.
• 2 years successful B2B sales experience with a true hunter mindset and passion for overachievement.
• Sales training certification (Sandler Dale Carnegie etc.) is a plus.
• Superior communicator negotiator and problem solver with meticulous follow-up.
• Valid drivers license with clean driving record.
• CRM systems and Microsoft Office skills required.
• Ready to lift bend and walk in the field as needed to succeed.
