Outside Sales Engineer

Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team supporting the Utah and and southern Idaho territories. This role is perfect for someone with a competitive drive a results-oriented mindset and the ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions. Success in this role requires innovation creativity problem-solving and strong relationship-building :Sales: Close sales and secure orders for TMMI products. Coordinate sales activities for assigned accounts. Enter data consistently and accurately into CRM (Salesforce). Develop and execute a market penetration plan to increase client base and Development: Identify and acquire new customers for TMMI. Conduct cold-calling and set appointments with key contacts. Focus on relationship building lead generation and solution selling. Generate new business leads through various channels (LinkedIn cold-calling etc.). Stay informed on emerging and existing industrial IoT : Bachelors degree in business or engineering preferred. 5-7 years of relevant experience preferably in industrial automation or related fields. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect quickly with others. Strong problem-solving skills and self-motivation. Proficient with general computer Details: Location: Murray UT office. Schedule: Monday to Friday with flexibility within core working hours. Infrequent travel required. Mileage for customer visits reimbursed through monthly expense reports. Competitive salary with total compensation ranging from $85000 to $200000 annually.
