As an Outside Sales Consultant youll work directly with homeowners to identify exterior restoration needs conduct property inspections present solutions and guide customers through the restoration process.
No roofing experience required. Well provide paid training tools and ongoing support to help you succeed.

All North Carolina leads are assigned through the local market based on business needs.

Schedule: Daytime evenings and weekends based on customer appointments

What Youll Do
As an Outside Sales Consultant youll build relationships with homeowners and help them navigate their exterior restoration needs from initial inspection through project completion.
Responsibilities
- Generate and develop new customer opportunities.
- Meet with homeowners and conduct residential property inspections.
- Identify roofing siding and gutter restoration opportunities.
- Educate homeowners on available restoration solutions.
- Prepare project estimates and scopes of work.
- Present solutions and close sales.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and customers.
- Manage customer relationships throughout the project.
- Coordinate with internal production teams.
- Maintain accurate customer and project information.
- Represent Aspen Contracting professionally in the community.

Previous sales experience is helpful but not required.
Experience in outside sales retail automotive real estate insurance hospitality customer service or other customer-facing roles can translate well into this position.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Drivers License
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift equipment as needed
- Ability to work a Full-Time schedule
Compensation & Benefits
This is a Full-Time W-2 position with uncapped earning potential.
