Leppo Rents a leader in construction equipment sales rentals and service is looking for a motivated Outside Sales Specialist to grow our presence across Ocala and the surrounding area. This is wide-open territory with serious upside for the right person.

We dont just sell equipment we help customers build communities. Represent a top-tier brand like Bobcat drive revenue and own your territory.

What Youll Do

• Build relationships with local contractors and businesses matching them with the right equipment
• Demo deliver and sell industry-leading equipment
• Grow your territory manage accounts develop new business crush goals
• Stay sharp on industry trends competitor pricing and product knowledge
• Partner with our rental service and parts teams for a seamless customer experience

What Were Looking For

• 3 years sales experience (equipment industry a plus)
• Self-starter strong communicator
• Comfortable with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
• Clean driving record willing to travel within territory
• Competitive personable ready to grow
