Outreach Specialist - PRN

Work location:Fort Worth; must have reliable transportation travel required across North Texas
Work hours:PRN (as needed) - 20 hours per week offering additional hours as available. Weekend availability and weekday afternoon/evening availability is required (with some weekday mornings as well). Schedule will be provided two weeks in advance and employee is expected to attend required events/job assignments at the designated times.
This is a grant funded position and subject to the award and continuation of the contract

What You Will Do
Participate in program development and planning.
Develop and effectively manage program timelines to ensure timely completion of program deliverables.
Monitor program activities and reporting to ensure accuracy in outcome measures.
Heres What You Need
Education
H.S. Diploma or EquivalentRequiredAnd
Other Successful completion of a Community Health Worker formal training program such as from a commuity college or other education institutionPreferred
Experience
6 Months Customer service experience either face-to-face or by phoneRequired
Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills ability to maintain composure in stressful situations ability to problem solve time management skills detail-oriented ability to work independently as well as with others strong organizational & prioritization skills and ability to motivate and inspire others ability to complete required reports.
