TheOutreach Project Managerwill play a crucial role in expanding our reach and impact within the Tulsa community and abroad. As the Assistant Director of Outreach you will collaborate with the Director of Outreach to develop and implement strategic initiatives that foster engagement and build strong relationships with our local partners as well as developing new opportunities to love on all of Gods people in all seasons of life.

Your Day-to-Day

Every day looks different butheresa snapshot of whatyoullbe up to:

• Assistwith the communication andmaintainingofhealthy relationships with both our local partners ofBattleCreekpartners to serve the Tulsa community

• Assist the Director of Outreach in the planning and execution of internalmissionstrips.Up to 30%travel

• Assistin the processing of benevolence applications and requests

• Manage all aspects of the CarePortal outreach to meet the needs of the Tulsa community.

• Communicate with train and equip our CarePortal teams (response teams volunteers campus leaders)

• Assistsour Connections Ministers at their campuses posting a need on CarePortal partnering for events and helpingidentifylocal outreach partners.

• Perform other church duties as assigned by Director of Outreach to help all people of all ages all the time advance in their journey with Christ

The must-haves for this role:

• Education & Experience:Weare looking forsomeone withaBachelors Degree(but it is notrequired). Experience working in the non-profit sector specifically in missions andoutreachis a plus.

• Skills & Strengths:We are looking for someone who:

• Hasstrong attention to detail and organization skills

• Has strongcomputer skills witha proficiencyin MicrosoftOffice365

• Enjoysbuilding relationships and havea high levelof customer service

• Hasexcellent time managementskills

• Communicatesand listenswell

• Bilingual is a plus

• Has the ability to travel both domestically and internationally isrequired up to 30% travel

• Has the ability to navigate working with teamsfrom various countries and cultures

Depending on the role you might find yourself in an office on stage out in the community or working behind the scenes. Evening and weekend hours may berequireditsall part of ministry life!

This role is primarily office-based but may involve some physical activity including standing lifting (up to 20 pounds) kneeling setting up equipment orprepping foreventssometimes even late at night.Dontworry;wellensure you know what to expect!
