Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled licensed therapist to provide independent mental health services to individuals couples families and groups. The therapist will assess diagnose and treat emotional behavioral and psychological concerns using evidence-based addition the therapist will also assist with clinical research requiring psychotherapeutic interventions (no additional specialized training needed as we will provide any necessary training for each research protocol). This position requires independent licensure in California allowing for autonomous clinical practice without supervision.
- Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to clients of diverse backgrounds (in-person and via telehealth)
- Assist in clinical research initiatives relating to psychological treatments; we will provide any necessary training for any required psychotherapeutic protocols
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal ethical and insurance standards.
- Utilize evidence-based interventions tailored to client needs.
- Manage an independent caseload and maintain professional boundaries.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers schools and community resources when necessary.
- Licensed Therapist (Masters) or Psychologist (doctoral-level) such as LPCC LCSW or LMFT
- Applicants must have the necessary licensure to practice independently in CA
- Active and unrestricted state license
- Minimum 2 years of related experience/education
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care recovery principles and community-based psychiatry
- Strong communication skills ability to collaborate in a team environment
Salary Range: $90-$130K
