Job Type: 13-Week Contract Local & Traveler

Schedule: Day Shift 5x8 Hours 09:30 AM 05:30 PM 40 Hours/Week

Pay Rate:

• Local: $2350 - $2450/Week

• Traveler: $2950 - $3050/Week

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to provide outpatient rehabilitation services for orthopedic neurological and geriatric patients. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical assessment skills and experience developing individualized treatment plans.

• Masters or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy.

• Active Physical Therapist License.

• BLS Certification required.

• Outpatient Physical Therapy experience required.

• Experience with orthopedic neurological and geriatric populations required.

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

• Perform patient evaluations and develop treatment plans.

• Provide outpatient therapy for orthopedic neurological and geriatric patients.

• Conduct therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation treatments.

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention.

• Maintain accurate documentation and clinical records.

• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to optimize outcomes.
