Operations Supervisor (LTL / Transportation) Blaine MN Early-Career Leadership Opportunity

Central Transport is hiring anOperations Supervisorat our Blaine MN terminal to support our growing LTL (Less-than-Truckload) network.

This is ahands-on leadership roleideal for candidates with some operations dock or transportation experienceorhigh-potential early-career professionals ready to step into leadershipwithin logistics and supply chain.

Compensation & Schedule

• $65000$80000 base salary
• 510% performance bonus
• Available Shift:

Monday - Friday 12:00PM - 10:00PM

What Youll Do (Dock & Terminal Operations Leadership)

• Overseedock operationswithin a high-volume LTL terminal
• Managefreight loading unloading and palletized sortation
• Monitor trailercube weight and load efficiency
• Supervise a team ofdockworkers drivers and terminal staff
• Track performance againstKPIs (production service efficiency)
• Manage labor hours andcontrol overtime costs
• Ensure compliance withDOT and OSHA safety standards
• Maintain operational discipline and driveservice excellence

What Were Looking For

• Experience intransportation warehouse dock or logistics operations
• Prior leadership OR strong leadership potential
• Understanding ofLTL operations cross-dock or freight movement
• Ability to lead coach and develop employees
• Strong multitasking skills in afast-paced deadline-driven environment
• High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
• Willingness to work50 hours/week and flexible shifts

Preferred (not required):

• Supervisory experience in LTL trucking or distribution
• Associates or Bachelors degree
