We are actively hiring Customer Service Representatives / Outbound Call Specialists at our Young Ford Morgan location. Responsibilities:

• Make outbound/inbound calls to customers regarding service appointments maintenance reminders and special offers
• Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Utilize technology and CRM systems to track customer interactions and follow-up opportunities
• Answer customer inquiries and efficiently schedule service appointments
• Thrive in a fast-paced call center environment while meeting daily call and service targets

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service call center or sales is a plus
• Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly phone presence
• Comfortable using technology and CRM systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Interest in growth opportunities within the organization
• Goal-driven with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
