Overview:

Responsible for treating complex diseases for patients of Sentara Healthcare. The Physician leads an interdisciplinary team of primary caregivers and Sentara ENT Specialists is seeking a BC/BE Otolaryngologist to join our team at Sentara RMH Medical Center in Harrisonburg VA. Candidates should have an interest in practicing general otolaryngology in a community-based setting.

About the Opportunity:

• Employed position with Sentara Medical Group a division of Sentara Health.
• Diagnose and treat full spectrum general ENT conditions pediatrics to adult.
• Call Schedule: 1:5
• Strong referral base and physician marketing support to ramp up quickly.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages inclusive of base pay incentives and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $330990.40 - $529152.00 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials standby/on-call pay shift premiums extra-shift incentives or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications experience location market conditions and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted it is based on a full-time colleague working 2080 hours annually.
