Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

How Youll Make an Impact

• Provide hands-on support for IT issues requiring on-site assistance.

• Deliver configure and deploy ready-to-use computers and devices.

• Guide users with practical training on common IT tools and services.

• Manage inventory of IT hardware accessories and related assets.

• Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate asset records.

• Coordinate device shipments returns and equipment movements.

• Manage warranty claims and vendor interactions for hardware repairs.

• Support collaboration spaces meeting rooms and end-user technology needs.

Your Background

• Formal IT qualification technical diploma degree apprenticeship or equivalent experience.

• Minimum of 2 years of professional IT support experience.

• Experience supporting users within a manufacturing environment.

• Knowledge of ServiceNow Microsoft 365 Windows iOS and asset management tools.

• Strong communication skills in English and ability to work independently.

• ITIL 4 and/or Lean Six Sigma certifications are preferred.
