Job Summary
OSHA 40 HAZWOPER Technician
LK Jordan is currently hiring OSHA 40 HAZWOPER certified workers for an immediate project in San Antonio. This project is expected to last approximately one month with the potential for long-term opportunities for dependable employees.
Schedule typically starts at 7:00 AM. Employees should expect to work 810 hour shifts and overtime may be required based on project needs.
Pay ranges from $19.00 - $21.00/hour DOE.
Responsibilities:
Perform general labor and site support duties in industrial and/or hazardous work environments
Follow all OSHA and site-specific safety procedures
Wear required PPE and maintain safe work practices at all times
Assist with cleanup material handling and other assigned project tasks
Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
Current 40-Hour HAZWOPER certification required
Ability to pass drug screen and background check
Reliable transportation and attendance
Must be safety minded and dependable
Previous industrial construction environmental or cleanup experience preferred
