Were seeking a competitive driven and coachable individual to join our North District team as an Orthopedic Surgical Sales Representative (Associate) supporting the Youngstown and New Castle markets.

Whether your background is in athletics healthcare or business-to-business sales well provide the training mentorship and support to help you build a rewarding career in orthopedic medical device sales.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing orthopedic sales team serving the Youngstown Ohio and New Castle Pennsylvania markets.

As an Associate Representative youll work alongside experienced Arthrex Technology Consultants and Medical Education Specialists to support orthopedic surgeons in the operating room develop strong customer relationships and provide exceptional clinical and technical support. Youll gain hands-on experience while learning the clinical operational and business aspects of orthopedic medical device sales.

This role offers exposure to a diverse customer base across two markets providing an excellent opportunity to build clinical expertise develop meaningful physician relationships and establish a strong foundation for long-term career growth.

• Provide technical support during orthopedic surgical procedures.
• Build and maintain relationships with orthopedic surgeons physician offices surgery centers and hospital staff.
• Become an expert on the Arthrex product portfolio through hands-on clinical experience.
• Introduce innovative technologies and educate customers on Arthrex products.
• Assist with inventory management case preparation and surgical logistics.
• Support new product launches and territory growth initiatives.
• Participate in surgeon education programs team meetings and customer events.
• Continuously develop your clinical and sales expertise through ongoing education and mentorship.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Bachelors degree required
• 13 years of B2B sales medical sales healthcare or customer-facing experience preferred
• Former collegiate athletes athletic trainers nurses healthcare professionals and high-performing B2B sales professionals are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to think critically and remain composed in fast-paced environments
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to build a long-term career

Territory

This position supports the Youngstown OH and New Castle PA markets within our North District and requires regular travel throughout both territories to hospitals surgery centers and physician offices.
