Location: On-site High Point NC

Level: Open to New Grads and Experienced Clinicians

Compensation: Starting at $80000 DOE

About the Role

Resolve Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation is hiring an Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join their outpatient private practice in High Point NC. This is a hands-on patient-facing role within a close-knit clinical team focused on delivering high-quality individualized care.

This role is best suited for a therapist who values building long-term patient relationships enjoys working in a collaborative environment and is looking for stability within a growing practice.

The team places a strong emphasis on culture and long-term fit. Experience can be developed but alignment with the team environment and approach to patient care is critical.

What You Will Do:

Patient Evaluation and Treatment

  • Assess patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver hands-on orthopedic rehabilitation using evidence-based practices
  • Treat a range of conditions including orthopedic injuries sports injuries back pain and balance disorders
  • Track patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed

Patient Experience and Education

  • Build strong long-term relationships with patients
  • Educate patients on recovery injury prevention and overall wellness
  • Ensure a high standard of care and patient satisfaction throughout the treatment process

Clinical Collaboration

  • Work closely with a small supportive team of clinicians and staff
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative clinic environment
  • Participate in a culture that prioritizes teamwork communication and consistency in care

Schedule

  • Monday and Wednesday: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
  • Tuesday and Thursday: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
  • Friday: 7:00 AM 1:00 PM

What You Bring:

Required

  • Degree in Physical Therapy
  • Active or eligibility for Physical Therapist licensure in North Carolina
  • Strong interpersonal and patient communication skills
  • Ability to develop and execute individualized treatment plans
  • 0 5 years (open to recent grads / DPTs)

Preferred

  • Experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting
  • Exposure to sports rehabilitation or vestibular therapy
  • Comfort working in a smaller team-oriented clinical environment
