Job Summary

Orthopedic Physical Therapist - Frisco Texas

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Physical Therapist to join a growing outpatient rehabilitation team. This opportunity is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about helping patients restore function improve performance and achieve meaningful recovery goals in a collaborative healthcare environment.

The Physical Therapist will work with a diverse patient population including individuals recovering from injuries orthopedic procedures sports-related conditions and other musculoskeletal disorders.

Position Summary

The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating patients developing individualized treatment plans implementing evidence-based interventions and monitoring progress throughout the rehabilitation process. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering exceptional patient care while contributing to a positive and team-oriented clinical culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
  • Deliver therapeutic exercises manual therapy and functional rehabilitation programs
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
  • Educate patients on injury prevention recovery strategies and home exercise programs
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care
  • Identify when additional medical consultation or specialty care may be appropriate
  • Promote positive patient outcomes through evidence-based treatment approaches

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
  • Active Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
  • Strong clinical reasoning and patient assessment skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Preferred

  • Experience in outpatient orthopedics sports rehabilitation or musculoskeletal care
  • Experience working with active adults and athletic populations
  • Interest in professional development and leadership opportunities
