UR Medicine Finger Lakes Health is seeking a dedicated Orthopaedic Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our team on a full-time this role you will collaborate closely with orthopaedic surgeons and clinical staff to deliver high-quality patient care in both clinic and if applicable surgical settings.

Responsibilities include performing comprehensive patient evaluations diagnosing and managing acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions assisting in surgical procedures providing pre- and post-operative care ordering and interpreting imaging and labs developing treatment plans performing procedures such as joint injections splinting and casting educating patients on recovery and prevention and maintaining accurate documentation.

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited NP or PA program with current state licensure national certification and DEA license (or eligibility); prior orthopaedic or related experience is preferred. Ideal applicants will have strong clinical and communication skills experience with fracture care and musculoskeletal imaging and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range: $115000-$135000.
