Key Responsibilities
As a Senior ORS Agent (Compliance Agent III) you will playa critical role in our offices success by managing complex casework andguiding team operations. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Financial Accuracy:Determining correct debt balances and executing precise accounting adjustments.
- Regulatory Oversight:Ensuring strict compliance with federal and state laws regulations and internal agency guidelines.
- IssueResolution: Researchingand responding to complex inquiries or complaints explaining policies clearlyand facilitating fair resolutions.
- Information Gathering:Conducting targeted interviews to gather or clarify critical case information.
- AssetLocation: Investigatingpublic and private records to locate assets income and employment sources.
- OrderManagement: Reviewingverifying and officially loading administrative and judicial orders into thesystem
Qualifications
