As anOrientation Associate youll play an essential role in helping new employees successfully begin their journey with Flatrock. Youll be the friendly face that welcomes new hires introduces them to our culture and values and equips them with the knowledge and tools they need to thrive.

This is more than just orientationits aboutcreating a great first experience that sets the stage for employee engagement retention and job satisfaction.

What Youll Do
  • Recruit interview and hirequalified Direct Care Worker (DCW) candidates
  • Create and maintain new hire folderswith accurate and organized documentation
  • Build new hire rostersthat include training dates and important background information
  • Complete required background checks including ICHAT OIG and SAM screenings
  • Become a Certified CPR Instructor to teach CPR classesand help employees build essential safety skills
  • Serve as a key resource throughout the onboarding process and help new employees feel connected to theFlatrock Family
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Comfortable and enthusiastic aboutspeaking in front of large groups
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Passion for helping others learn grow and succeed
  • Previous experience inHuman Resources employee orientation recruiting or onboarding is preferred
