Are you passionate about empowering individuals with visual impairments to achieve greater independence and confidence We are seeking a dedicated Orientation & Mobility Specialist (O&M) to join a collaborative educational team in Westminster Colorado. This is an excellent opportunity to help students develop essential travel and mobility skills that enhance their success both inside and outside the classroom.

• Assess students orientation and mobility needs and develop individualized service plans.
• Provide direct instruction in safe efficient and independent travel skills.
• Teach the use of mobility aids environmental awareness and navigation techniques.
• Collaborate with teachers families and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
• Maintain accurate documentation progress reports and compliance with educational standards.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal development.

• Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Special Service Provider (SSP) License as an Orientation & Mobility Specialist (required and must be active at the time of submission).
• Strong communication collaboration and organizational skills.
