710 years as a Chief of Staff Senior Program Manager Senior Operations Manager or equivalent with demonstrated end-to-end program ownership and strong autonomynExperience working directly with and influencing senior leaders in a software engineering organizationnProven ability to drive programs with measurable outcomes encompassing design implementation and iteration not just execution supportnStrong understanding of the software development lifecycle and how engineering teams are structured and operatenDemonstrated ability to analyze organizational data and translate it into clear leadership recommendationsnBachelors degree or equivalent relevant work experience
