Skill/Exp required;

Knowledge of Full Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) from a change management perspective;
Ability to keep data confidential;
Strong problem solving and analytic skillsets;
Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to create user and project documentation and procedures clearly and concisely;
Strong meeting facilitation and interviewing skills;
Meeting presentation skills;
Solid task assignment coaching and oversight expertise;
Ability to work well with individuals at all levels within and outside the organization; and
Experience creating communications content and delivering this content to impacted stakeholders

Highly Desired/Preferred
Organizational Change Management Education related to ERP Implementations
Workday Financials/Supply Chain Implementation experience or similar Software as a Service Solutions
Project Management Expertise with appropriate Project Management Institute Certifications
Large Decentralized public sector industry-based experience
Local to the City of Philadelphia or local areas desired
