Job Summary

Title: Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist

Location: Boston MA (Hybrid)

Duration: 5 Months

Schedule: Hybrid 37.5 Hours per Week

Position Overview:

Navitas Partners LLC isseeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist to support a large-scale transformation program. This role will focus on aligning Training Communications Readiness and Support workstreams to ensure a successful project rollout and operational readiness.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess progress across Training Communications Readiness and Support teams

  • Ensure all workstreams remain aligned with overall project goals and timelines

  • Identify adoption risks performance gaps and develop mitigation strategies

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with leadership and key stakeholders

  • Keep stakeholders informed engaged and prepared for project implementation

  • Oversee readiness assessments and post-implementation support planning

  • Lead and coordinate multiple teams consisting of internal and vendor staff

  • Track deliverables and ensure alignment with PMO milestones

  • Prepare status updates reports and project documentation

  • Support project continuity and organizational readiness efforts

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM)

  • Strong knowledge of readiness assessments and change management methodologies

  • Experience working in complex project environments

  • Ability to quickly establish credibility with stakeholders and project teams

  • Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to balance day-to-day issue resolution with long-term strategic planning

  • Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams

Work Environment:

  • Hybrid work model

  • Ability to report to the Boston office when required

  • May require increased on-site presence during onboarding training or key project phases
