Job Summary

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead is responsible for developing and executing change strategies that enable the successful adoption of technology-driven and business transformation initiatives. This role partners closely with IT business leaders and project teams to ensure readiness minimize disruption and drive long-term value realization. This position will report to the IT Director of Organizational Change Management.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

These may include but are not limited to:

Develop and execute OCM strategies for technology and business transformation initiatives.
Conduct change impact assessments stakeholder analyses and organizational readiness evaluations.
Create and deliver communication plans tailored to diverse user groups and leadership levels.
Develop learning strategies training materials and enablement plans to support user readiness.
Monitor adoption and readiness metrics identifying and mitigating areas of resistance.
Lead stakeholder engagement including change champion networks and leadership alignment sessions.
Drive integration of change management activities into project plans and governance processes.
Partner with IT and business teams to ensure smooth transitions and sustained value realization.

EDUCATION EXPERIENCE KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Bachelors degree in Business Communications Organizational Psychology Information Systems or related field; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
510 years of OCM experience supporting enterprise technology or business transformation initiatives.
Knowledge of OCM methodologies (e.g. Prosci/ADKAR Kotter PMI).
Strong communication facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.
Experience with analytics workflow redesign and user experience principles is preferred.

ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:

Pysical Activity: On a continuous basis be at a desk for a long period of time; intermittently answer the telephone and type on a computer. Some walking and lifting up to 20 lbs. may be required. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
