Job Summary
The Organizational Change Consultant manages the planning execution and control of projects delivering to approved deliverables schedule cost and quality commitments. This role primarily supports HR Modernization a multi-year enterprise-wide effort to make HR simpler smarter and more connected and takes on additional enterprise initiatives over time.
Key Responsibilities
Determine change issues and required deliverables; define and manage resource needs allocations and availability.
Develop change work resource and quality plans schedules; conduct project meetings; own project tracking analysis and management.
Lead the workstream-level change effort: stakeholder analysis change impact assessment readiness and adoption translating design decisions into people process and behavior impacts.
Monitor progress and results delivery; identify resistance early manage change saturation and resolve project and stakeholder issues.
Required Experience
Direct hands-on change management experience has personally owned and delivered change work end-to-end not supported it from an adjacent function. Backgrounds centered primarily on communications training delivery or project coordination without change ownership are not a fit.
Has led a change workstream or project and owned the outcomes.
Complex enterprise-impacting initiatives acquisition/integration work vendor and platform transitions (e.g. benefits portal / vendor management) competency-to-skills shifts payroll/req ops/comp structure changes and internation expansion.
Preferred
Large-scale HR or enterprise transformation experience a strong plus that does not substitute for direct change management leadership.

- Manages planning execution and control of Organizational Change (Org Chg) projects. Provides products and services to clients per approved engagement deliverable schedule cost and quality commitments.
- Helps determine clients Org Chg issues and required deliverables. Defines and manages resource needs and allocations. Ensures availability of resources.
- Develops Org Chg work / resource / quality plans schedules and budgets. Conducts project meetings. Responsible for project tracking analysis and management.
- Participates in preparing RFPs and SLAs. Helps manage clients Org Chg expectations satisfaction and adherence to contract agreement.
- Monitors Org Chg project progress and results delivery. Addresses and resolves project and client problems.
