Order Review Supervisor

• Inspire and develop a team committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Evaluate incoming customer orders and administer workload to the appropriate support personnel based on staffs skill level and ability to meet established department goals
• Support departmental goal initiatives to achieve critical measures; administer and monitor department workload with performance goals in mind.
• Partner with production and other customer service teams with managing workflow to ensure accuracy and timeliness for our customers.
• Lead process improvement initiatives that elevate team performance and customer satisfaction.

• A high school diploma or equivalent technical training; a bachelors degree is a plus.
• Experience coaching mentoring and developing team members.
• A background in customer service operations or a related environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
