Order Management Representative (Murrysville PA)

Keep life-changing sleep and respiratory care movingone order at a time.

Your role:

• Manage a high volume of customer inquiries and order requests through phone chat email and other communication channels. Provide timely professional support while resolving issues and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

• Process customer orders with accuracy through electronic systems and data entry while handling questions related to products services and account information. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment.

• Build strong relationships with customers and field sales representatives by providing responsive support and proactive communication. Anticipate customer needs and help drive positive outcomes.

• Maintain accuracy and quality by following established procedures identifying opportunities for process improvement and ensuring compliance with company standards. Thrive in a fast-paced multitasking environment with strong attention to detail.

• Work collaboratively within the Order Management team while managing responsibilities independently with minimal supervision. Support Durable Medical Equipment (DME) order processing across the U.S. and Canada with a primary focus on U.S. customers.

Youre the right fit if:

• You have a high school diploma or vocational education; an associate degree or higher is preferred.

• Youve acquired 1 years of customer service experience; call center experience is preferred.

• Your skills include strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications strong technical acumen and excellent computer skills along with the ability to efficiently navigate multiple technical platforms simultaneously while adapting to change with ease. Skills in troubleshooting and providing technical support are preferred.

• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Murrysville PA is $18.00 to $28.00.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills experience business needs geographical location and internal equity.

In addition other compensation such as an annual incentive bonus sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
