Our client a world leader in life sciences and diagnostics is looking for a Order Fulfillment Specialist based in Indianapolis IN(Hybrid).

Job Duration: Long Term Contract (Possibility Of Extension)

Pay Rate : $26/hr on W2

Hybrid On-site Tues/Wed/Thurs; Remote Mon/Fri after training

Hours: 9 AM6 PM EST; Training 8 AM5 PM EST

Role Overview
The Order Fulfillment Specialist manages the end-to-end customer order experience from inquiry through delivery. This role handles customer communications order changes returns credits/debits pricing invoicing and logistics while partnering with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries and orders from initiation through delivery via phone and email.
  
• Process order changes replacements returns credits and debits.
  
• Troubleshoot issues related to pricing invoicing products and logistics.
  
• Track and analyze customer/order trends and proactively resolve issues.
  
• Coordinate product promotions process changes and marketing initiatives.
  
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve service.
  
• Identify process improvements and support quality objectives.
  
• Provide reporting specialized support and assistance with special projects.
  

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree 1 year of customer service experience or 3 years of customer service experience.
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Experience with order management order fulfillment customer service or related operations.
  
• SAP and Salesforce experience preferred.
  
• Strong problem-solving organization and multitasking abilities.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid on-site environment.
