Job Summary

Order Fulfillment Coordinator responsible for supporting warehouse operations packaging coordination inventory management and order fulfillment activities within a distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities

Measure warehouse parts and maintain packaging specifications
Support packaging operations and improvement projects
Coordinate resolution of inventory and shipment issues
Communicate with vendors factories dealers and warehouse teams
Maintain accurate parts and operational data
Produce Excel reports and operational documentation
Support warehouse workflow and productivity initiatives
Assist with safety and quality activities
Analyze operational and inventory data

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Logistics or related field preferred

Work Experience

Experience in warehouse logistics distribution or supply chain operations preferred
Experience with inventory coordination and order fulfillment preferred
Experience using Microsoft Excel and warehouse systems preferred
