TMD Staffing is looking to hire Order Clerk in 77040 area!

WORK ENVIROMENT

In- Person

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and process Work Orders and Shipping Sales Orders.
• Review customer forecasts and determine material availability using SCM data.
• Compile and track production schedule changes and customer forecasts.
• Upload and process daily and weekly customer forecasts including 850 and 856 EDI signals.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of account coordination processes including SKU lists pricing and production workflows.
• Utilize the companys ERP system and supporting software (iView XT Business Objects etc.).
• Support the Account Manager by obtaining customer-specific information including Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Review incoming forecasts to ensure production capabilities can meet customer demand and coordinate with Quality and Operations when necessary.
• Follow all company quality policies and objectives.
• Attend team meetings and complete all required training.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Associates Degreeor 23 years of administrative or operational support experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook) and comfortable learning ERP systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across multiple departments.
• Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays as needed.

PAY RATE

$17-$20 (DOE)
