Job Title/High Level Position Summary:
Utilizing a developing to full understanding of Company systems practices procedures and demonstrating a proficient ability at most to all the required skill sets this position performs a variety of moderate physical and administrative tasks that are involved with the distribution of materials parts supplies and equipment. Under general supervision and with limited independent discretion duties may include but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:
Transact products through the warehousein various departments includingReceiving PickingShippingReturnsprocessing Logo processing or Inventoryusing OracleR.12.
Runvarious reports & Analysisusing Microsoft Excel
Perform tasks such as labeling repacking stackingcleaning&organizing.
Communicate professionally via phone or email with customer careteam and supply chain personnel.
Reject unsatisfactory damaged or defectiveitems.
Occasionally liftor moveheavy itemsup to 50lbs
Physically movematerialsto/from their designated locationsin the warehouse.
Monitor and control inventory integrity research inventory discrepanciesif needed.
Preparedocumentationandmaintainrecords ofprocessed transactions.
Embrace safety culture.
Participate in audits and 5Sprogram.
Participatein continuous improvement activities.
Other dutiesas assigned.
Minimum Basic Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability. Experience
Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience.
Data entry and computer knowledge (Outlook excel word power point etc.)
ERP system knowledge.
Education
High School Diploma
Work Environment and Physical Demands
Typical warehouse environment
Mustbe able to sit stand or walk up to 8 hours a day.
Must be abletofrequentlycarry (up to 30 feet each time) up to50 lbs.
Havefullrange of motion of the waist and neck.
Have unrestricted use of upper extremities andpreformover-headreaching.
Frequently bend (to the floor) twist and kneel.
Ability to work in anon- temperature-controlledenvironment.
