Role Purpose

This role overseasdirects and coordinates accounting activities at a station level by analyzing financialinformation detailing assets liabilities and capital and other reports that summarize current and projectedcompany financial position for its through definitive methods thatthe productmeets or exceeds quality standards set forth; ensure all work is completedin a timely manner contributing to an efficient operation while projecting a professional image for Menzies Aviation

What you will be doing

• Directs the consolidation of monthly financial and operating statements by coordinating the monthly maintenance of the accounting system.
• Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare reports.
• Consults with employees in all facets of the Finance department including A/P A/R Tax Payroll and IS in solving accounting issues
• Coordinates and prepares schedules requested by the Annual Financial Auditors
• Prepares departmental budgets and financial forecasting monthly.
• Audits accounts ledgers and reports substantiating individual transactions to verify accuracy.
• Establishesmodifies documents and coordinates implementation of accounting and accountingControl

What we are looking for

• Bachelors degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university; or five to ten years related experience and/or
• training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to remain calm under pressure.
• Computer literate withproficiencyin Excel
• Solid understanding of general accounting concepts
• Strong interpersonal skills balanced witha high levelof confidence to influence and present at all levels.
• Interpersonal skills: Independence decisiveness and the ability to work accurately and independent of
• immediate support
• Must be able tocomply withlocal airport FAA and/or U.S. Customs safety security and identification requirements andpass a thorough security background check.

Salary: $105000 Annually
