The Position: Our client is looking for an Oral Surgeon to join their growing team. They offer the following compensation package:

• $450000-$525000 Guaranteed First Year Salary
• Paid on Percentage of Collections
• Additional Bonus Opportunities
• Health Insurance

• Dental Insurance
• STD/LTD
• 401K with 3% match
• $2500 CE Allowance
• Malpractice Paid by Employer
• Licenses and Dues Paid by Employer
• $10000 Relocation Assistance
• Sign On Bonus Can Be Discussed (Case by Case Basis)
• W2 Position Only - 1099 Not Considered

Requirements:

• Current Active Arizona License
• DDS or DMD
• Completed education in an accredited oral & maxillofacial surgery residency program

Responsibilities:

• Monday - Thursday 8 am To 6 pm
• 4 Day Work Week
• Cover Offices in Cave Creek and Anthem AZ
• No Hospital Requirements
