Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) Functional Lead

We are seeking an experienced Oracle ORMB Functional Lead to drive business analysis functional solutioning and customer engagement activities for a healthcare client. The role requires strong domain expertise and leadership across the project lifecycle.

Experience Required

• 15 years of IT and functional consulting experience
• Strong ORMB functional implementation expertise

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct requirement gathering and business workshops
• Translate business requirements into ORMB functional solutions
• Prepare functional specifications and support testing activities
• Work closely with business users architects and development teams
• Lead functional discussions and provide process improvement recommendations
• Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams for successful delivery

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Oracle ORMB functional modules and billing processes
• Experience in customer billing revenue management and payment processing
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in healthcare billing or healthcare customer programs preferred
• Ability to lead functional teams and client interactions independently
