Summary

The Oracle Reports Developer is responsible for designing developing maintaining and supporting reports dashboards and data integrations within the organizations Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) environment. This role partners with business stakeholders functional analysts and technical teams to deliver accurate timely and actionable business intelligence solutions that support operational and strategic decision-making.

Position Responsibilities

• Design develop test and maintain ERP reports dashboards and data extracts.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into reporting and analytics solutions.
• Develop custom reports using ERP reporting tools SQL reporting services and business intelligence platforms.
• Create and maintain data models queries stored procedures and reporting datasets.
• Support financial human resources procurement supply chain manufacturing and other ERP modules through reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with ERP functional teams to understand business processes and reporting needs.
• Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy consistency and integrity.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ERP systems and external reporting platforms.
• Troubleshoot reporting issues and provide timely support to end users.
• Create technical documentation report specifications and user guides.
• Participate in ERP upgrades patches testing and system enhancement projects.
• Ensure compliance with organizational data governance security and audit requirements.
• Support self-service reporting initiatives and train users on reporting tools and best practices.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience)

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Analytics or related field.
• 7 years of experience developing reports and analytics solutions within ERP environments.
• Strong proficiency in SQL database design and query optimization.
• Experience with ERP reporting tools such as Oracle ERP Oracle Fusion.
• Experience with Oracle modules of HCM Project Accounting Inventory Supply Chain Projects Revenue management AR AP and GL
• Experience with reporting and BI tools.
• Knowledge of relational databases including SQL Server Oracle MySQL.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a multi-project environment and support multiple internal customer/departments

• Ability to work in an office environment (Constant)
• Required to sit and stand for long periods; talk hear and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard (Frequent)

Special Requirements

• U.S. Citizen U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required.

The salary range for this role is:
