Oracle Project Management Lead

Job Description:

• Seeking an experienced Overseas Contractor with 11 to 15 years in Project coordination to lead and manage projects ensuring effective governance and stakeholder engagement

• Assist IT manager in managing day to day operations
• Assist in change management process tracking system tasks
• IT business stakeholder coordination for status calls reports follow ups
• Maintain documentations for different projects SOX audits processes etc
• Coordinate crossfunctional teams across business IT operations risk compliance and vendors
• Assist IT Manager to close the SOX Audit Tasks follow up with multiple stakeholders on open audit points

Roles and Responsibilities

• Drive stakeholder management by engaging with clients vendors and internal teams to foster strong relationships and clear communication
• Oversee scope and change management processes to handle project adjustments effectively while minimizing impact
• Implement project governance standards facilitating audits and ensuring alignment with organizational policies
• Coordinate project financial management activities including tracking expenditures and managing budgets
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams promoting best practices and continuous improvement
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to key stakeholders

Must have skills

• Finance project experience & understanding
• Worked in project management project coordinator role
• Excellent verbal and written communication
