Position Overview

• We are seeking an experienced Oracle PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Consultant with strong functional and technical expertise in PeopleSoft applications. The ideal candidate will support ongoing enhancement maintenance and customization initiatives across enterprise PeopleSoft environments while collaborating closely with business stakeholders functional teams and technical teams.
• This role requires a strong understanding of PeopleSoft architecture business processes integrations and custom development capabilities. Candidates should be comfortable working in a hybrid environment and be available onsite in Rancho Cordova CA for at least 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide techno-functional support for Oracle PeopleSoft applications and related business processes.
• Work closely with business users and stakeholders to gather analyze and document requirements.
• Design develop test and implement PeopleSoft customizations enhancements and integrations.
• Support configuration troubleshooting and issue resolution within PeopleSoft environments.
• Develop and maintain PeopleCode Application Engine SQR Integration Broker Component Interfaces and SQL objects.
• Perform impact analysis and recommend technical solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Support data conversion migration and interface activities.
• Participate in system upgrades patches and enhancement projects.
• Collaborate with offshore and onshore teams during development and deployment activities.
• Prepare technical and functional documentation including design documents test plans and support documentation.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards security policies and best practices.

Required Qualifications

5 years of hands-on experience working with Oracle PeopleSoft applications in a techno-functional capacity.

Strong experience with:

o PeopleCode

o Application Engine

o SQR

o Integration Broker

o Component Interfaces

o SQL/PL-SQL

Functional understanding of one or more PeopleSoft modules such as:

o HCM

o FSCM

o Financials

o Supply Chain

o Campus Solutions

Experience working on custom-built PeopleSoft solutions and integrations.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Experience supporting enterprise-level applications and business users.

Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting State Government or Public Sector environments is preferred.
• Experience with cloud integrations or middleware technologies is a plus.
• Exposure to DevOps CI/CD or automation processes within PeopleSoft environments is beneficial.
• Oracle certifications are a plus.

Work Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Rancho Cordova California at least 3 days per week.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills required for interaction with distributed teams and business stakeholders.
