Job Summary
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of the Procure-to-Pay lifecycle including requisitioning purchasing receiving invoicing and payment processing.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud or Oracle EBS R12 P2P modules.
- Experience in configuring:
- Purchasing setups
- Approval Management Engine (AME)
- Supplier configurations
- Invoice validation and payment processes
- 2-way 3-way and 4-way matching
- Understanding of integration points between:
- Procurement
- Accounts Payable
- General Ledger
- Inventory
- Knowledge of reporting tools such as OTBI BI Publisher or Oracle standard reports.
- Experience with functional documentation test scripts and training materials.
- Excellent analytical communication and stakeholder management skills.
