Job Summary
Senior Oracle HCM Analyst / Lead
Direct Hire / Hybrid / Pasadena CA
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM professional to support enterprise HR technology initiatives and system enhancements. This role will partner closely with HR Payroll IT Security and business stakeholders to design configure test and support Oracle HCM solutions in a large enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead configuration implementation testing and support of Oracle Cloud HCM modules
- Partner with business teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Support Core HR Recruiting Onboarding Compensation Benefits Absence Time & Labor and Security functionality
- Collaborate on integrations reporting analytics and data conversion activities
- Support quarterly Oracle releases regression testing and system enhancements
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing system support
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements
Qualifications:
- 7 years of Oracle Cloud HCM experience in enterprise environments
- Strong functional and technical knowledge of Oracle HCM modules
- Experience with HDL/HSDL HCM Extracts OTBI BI Publisher REST APIs and OIC
- Full lifecycle implementation and production support experience
- Strong communication analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Oracle Cloud certifications and consulting experience are a plus
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems Computer Engineering Computer Science Business or related field preferred.
- Oracle Cloud HCM certifications are a plus.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting large enterprise organizations
- Knowledge of Fast Formula HCM Security reporting and integrations
- Experience with multiple end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations
