About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced HR IT Manager to lead and support enterprise HR and workforce management technology platforms with a primary focus on Oracle HCM Cloud and Kronos / UKG workforce management solutions.

This is a strong opportunity for an IT applications leader who understands both the technical and business side of HR technology. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules Kronos / UKG system integrations application support vendor management and team leadership.

This role is best suited for someone who enjoys partnering with HR Operations Payroll and IT leadership to improve systems solve business challenges and ensure technology is supporting the organization in a reliable scalable and user-friendly way.

What You Will Be Doing
Lead and oversee Oracle HCM Cloud applications including Core HR Recruiting Talent Learning Payroll Benefits and related HR modules.
Support and optimize Kronos / UKG workforce management platforms including timekeeping scheduling labor tracking and workforce operations.
Serve as the primary HR technology partner to HR Operations Payroll and IT leadership.
Support adoption configuration and optimization of the Oracle Redwood user experience.
Manage HR application support system configuration ongoing operations and integrated third-party platforms.
Oversee integrations between Oracle HCM Kronos / UKG Payroll and downstream systems.
Lead and mentor IT application team members supporting HR and workforce management systems.
Manage vendor relationships service providers suppliers and technology partners.
Support budgeting forecasting procurement vendor management and technology planning.
Oversee project execution and ensure alignment with SDLC and project management best practices.
Contribute to governance roadmap planning and continuous improvement for HR and workforce technology platforms.

Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
  • Five or more years of experience managing technology teams.
  • Five or more years supporting and operating business applications preferably HR and workforce management systems.
  • Three or more years of people management experience.
  • Experience leading teams within IT Applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Kronos / UKG workforce management solutions.
  • Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud especially Core HR Recruiting Learning Payroll and Benefits.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise application support integrations and system governance.
  • Experience with SDLC in an enterprise environment.
  • Strong project management leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to occasionally travel as needed.

Preferred Skills
  • Oracle HCM Cloud experience with Redwood UX.
  • Experience supporting Oracle HCM modules across Core HR Benefits Recruiting Learning Payroll and Talent.
  • Experience managing HR technology integrations with Payroll workforce management and downstream systems.
  • Experience leading enterprise application support teams.
  • Strong vendor management and business partnership experience.

Required Skills:
