Job Summary
Position: Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant
Location: New York NY
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR Payroll Talent Management Learning Compensation Absence Management and Benefits.
- Conduct CRP SIT UAT and End User Training sessions.
- Manage data migration activities using HDL/PBL.
- Lead solution workshops and provide Oracle HCM best-practice recommendations.
- Develop and support integrations using HCM Extracts BI Publisher SOAP/REST Web Services OIC and HDL.
- Collaborate with project managers SMEs and technical teams for successful project delivery.
Required Skills:
- 8 years of Oracle HCM Techno-Functional experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules:
