Job Summary
Role: Oracle Fusion
Remote
Implementation and support across Oracle Fusion HCM modules: Core HR Payroll Talent Learning Compensation Absence Management Benefits.
Design and conduct CRPs SIT UAT and End User Training.
Manage data migration using HCM Data Loader (HDL)/PBL. Drive solution workshops with customer stakeholders and provide best practice guidance.
Work closely with project managers SMEs and technical teams for seamless delivery.
Develop HR integrations using HCM Extracts BI Publisher Web Services (SOAP/REST) OIC and HDL.
Essential Skills:
8years of experience in Oracle HCM Techno-functional in implementation or maintenance.
Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM in Core HR Payroll Talent Learning Compensation Absence Management Benefits.
Hands-on with Redwood UI VBCS and Data Masking.
Desirable Skills:
Technical Support: Provide technical support troubleshoot issues and optimize the Oracle batch job system for performance and scalability.
Collaboration: Work with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
