Oracle Financial Systems QA O2C

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Order-to-Cash (O2C) Functional Consultant to support the implementation and rollout of Oracle Cloud ERP. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders the Financial Systems team implementation partners and cross-functional IT teams to ensure successful configuration testing training and deployment of Oracle SaaS O2C modules.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Accounts Receivable Revenue Management and Advanced Collections along with strong testing business process and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Oracle Cloud Order-to-Cash (O2C) modules including:
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Revenue Management
  • Advanced Collections
• Review configuration workbooks and solution design documentation prepared by the implementation partner to ensure alignment with business requirements and Oracle leading practices.
• Validate that proposed solutions improve efficiency reduce manual processes and support scalable business operations.
• Review and validate business process documentation and functional design specifications.
• Ensure User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios comprehensively cover all business requirements and user stories.
• Execute Pre-UAT and additional testing cycles for:
  • Core business processes
  • System integrations
  • Data conversions
• Document defects root causes and potential production risks escalating critical issues that could impact successful deployment.
• Review end-user and system administrator training materials for completeness accuracy and alignment with business processes.
• Partner with business users Financial Systems implementation partners and technical teams to coordinate testing issue resolution and deployment activities.
• Assist with data cleansing validation and mapping activities as needed.
• Work closely with integration teams to validate end-to-end business processes.
• Drive projects forward by proactively identifying risks recommending solutions and coordinating issue resolution across multiple teams.
• Support production rollout activities and post-deployment stabilization.

Deliverables

• Documentation of testing results defects root cause analysis and recommended resolutions.
• Identification of missing UAT scenarios and confirmation that required test cases are incorporated into final testing.
• Review of training documentation with recommendations for improvements and confirmation of incorporated changes.
• Documentation of technical and functional issues resolved in partnership with implementation and internal teams.
• Status reporting on testing progress issue resolution and deployment readiness.

Qualifications

• 5 years of Oracle Cloud ERP functional consulting experience.
• Strong experience with Oracle Cloud Accounts Receivable Revenue Management and Advanced Collections.
• Experience supporting Oracle Cloud ERP implementations through design testing UAT deployment and hypercare.
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash business processes.
• Experience reviewing functional designs configuration workbooks and implementation documentation.
• Experience performing integration and data conversion testing.
• Excellent documentation analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across Finance IT business stakeholders and third-party implementation partners.
• Self-starter who proactively identifies issues and drives them to resolution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Oracle Cloud ERP implementation partners.
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide Oracle Cloud deployments.
• Knowledge of financial systems integrations and ERP best practices.
• Experience in large cross-functional project environments using structured implementation methodologies.
