• Bachelors degree in Engineering Information Systems Business Supply Chain or related field.
• 5 years of Oracle Field Service consulting experience.
• Experience implementing Oracle Field Service Cloud solutions.
• Strong understanding of mobile workforce management.
• Experience in field operations and dispatch processes.
• Knowledge of service lifecycle management.

Oracle Field Service Cloud Certification.

Experience supporting large field-service or EPC organizations.

Proven expertise in workforce optimization scheduling dispatching and mobile field operations.
