Oracle Cloud Core HR and OTL Functional Consultant

The Oracle Cloud Core HR and OTL Functional Consultant is responsible for implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud solutions with a focus on Core HR and Oracle Time & Labor (OTL). The role involves gathering business requirements configuring system functionality conducting testing and ensuring successful deployment of HR processes. Consultants collaborate with stakeholders to optimize HR operations and provide functional expertise throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3 5 years of Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience (Core HR OTL)
• Strong understanding of HR processes and Oracle HCM functionality
