What Youll Actually Be Doing:
- Providing comprehensive primary eye care for a loyal established patient base families professionals and patients who value their long-term vision health.
- Practicing alongside an experienced OD-owner and an existing associate with full access to cutting-edge diagnostic and treatment technology.
- Developing clinical depth in specialty areas: dry eye treatment (RF IPL) myopia control specialty contact lenses and advanced medical eye care.
- Enjoying a clean MondayFriday schedule with no weekends.
The Technology Is Real:

- Optos ultra-widefield retinal imaging.
- Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT).
- Corneal topography and meibography.
- Radiofrequency and IPL for dry eye treatment.

Compensation & Benefits:
- 19% of production with a guaranteed base of $100000$120000 (commensurate with experience). For context: an associate producing $700K in annual collections earns $133K. At $800K $152K. Our patient base technology and specialty services are built to support strong production from day one.
