This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Doctor of Optometry who is passionate about patient care teamwork and clinical growth. • Work with specialty contact lenses (sclerals hybrids GPs) advanced dry eye management (meibography IPL LLLT amniotic membrane punctal plugs) glaucoma management (OCT anterior segment OCT virtual visual fields) and keratoconus management (topography anterior segment OCT).
• Collaborate with skilled technicians sales staff and billing specialists for a smooth patient-centered experience.
• Appointments are 30 minutes with recheck times adjusted as needed. Average patients per day reflect our commitment to quality care not volume.
• Work with state-of-the-art equipment. Training is available for candidates new to specific technologies.
• Enjoy a nearly uncapped bonus structure based on adjusted revenue. The harder and smarter you work the more you earn!

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Pay: $135000 - $140000/year
• Uncapped bonus structure based on adjusted revenue
