Key Responsibilities:
Perform independent pre-testing including visual acuity auto-refraction tonometry retinal imaging OCT visual fields and more
Accurately document patient information and exam findings within the EHR system
Provide optical sales support including frame styling lens recommendations eyewear dispensing and patient education
Deliver outstanding customer service and assist with patient intake check-in and clinic operations
Maintain exam rooms diagnostic equipment and clinical supplies

Competitive pay (pay rangestarting from $20 per hour depending on experience)
Full-time schedule: MondayFriday 8:40am5:00pm with occasional Saturdays

What They Are Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail optometry office
Strong optometric pre-testing skills and comfort working independently
Experience with optical sales eyewear dispensing and EHR documentation
Familiarity with vision insurance verification
Excellent communication organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced patient-focused environment
Experience with contact lens training/education
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
